Airlines need to take care not only of the perfect technical condition of the aircraft, but also of the hangars where the aircraft maintenance is performed. The Maintenance Manager ensures smooth operation and optimisation of all activities performed in the hangar, including the preventive maintenance of all types of equipment. He is assisted by a team of persons responsible for various repairs and maintenance. The Maintenance Manager’s tasks also include work with people and communication with both customers and suppliers.
