The perfect condition of the aircraft on the ground and in the air along with a trouble-free flight is ensured by several experts in the airlines. One is the Certifying Staff. These are the people responsible for organizing the maintenance of aircraft in the airline and ensuring that aircraft conform to approved standards. It is these persons who issue the certificates allowing the aircraft to be released for civil aviation operations and who guarantee safety.
